Mariposa Cruises offers a unique and fun experience for students of all ages. Groups of 20 to 575 may participate in either a one hour narrated harbour tour or cruise on a three-hour dinner/lunch cruise along Lake Ontario. We offer cost effective solutions with our student friendly programs and offer the highest quality service and experience on Toronto’s waterfront. All Mariposa Cruises’ vessels and crew are Transport Canada certified. We conduct regular extensive safety training to ensure SAFETY remains our priority onboard.

Our high-energy social packages include a three-hour cruise throughout Toronto’s waterfront on well maintained vessels- with enclosed and outer decks, dance floors, a professional DJ to play all the favourite dance tunes. Also included are delicious & satisfying dinner/lunch buffet, beverage tickets, and courteous hospitality service.

Harbour Tours
Mariposa’s one-hour narrated harbour tour program provides a lively and informative narrative about the Toronto waterfront and islands. Offered 5 times a day, seven days a week the boat can comfortably accommodate up to 180 people.
While overlooking the city’s skyline students are educated about Toronto’s Harbour Front, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, and the fabled Gibraltar Point Light house to Central Island, Mugg’s Island and many more exciting facts are shared, which are all prominently visible from the waterfront. Lunch can be added. Students 4-12 years- $13.33 plus tax Students 12+ - $18.01 plus tax. Group discounts apply.
Education Afloat
Mariposa Cruises is a proud partner of the Harbour Front Centre’s Education Afloat program offered for students from grade JK to grade 12.
Students experience Toronto’s waterfront through an artistic lens via an hour-long expedition through the Inner Harbour and island lagoons aboard a fully-enclosed, Coast Guard approved vessel. Life jacket drill is conducted prior to departure. Choose from a variety of grade-appropriate activities to complement the boat exploration. Students explore changing land usage and the natural and human impact on the waterfront environment. Call to discuss your options.
