Recently, Mariposa Cruises' business name and address was used in a phishing scam that appeared as though it was a part of our corporate recruiting efforts. An email that appears legitimate asks as a series of questions and attempts to solicit your personal information. We are providing this information to the general public as a service in part to inform, as well as to protect individuals from falling prey to these scams.

Variations on the scam could be a solicitation of information as well as an “urgent” email request for money to secure a position with our company. We have already notified the authorities with regard to this matter, but as a service to our present and future clients, we thought it necessary to notify and warn you accordingly.
If you suspect you may be a victim of this or any type of fraud, we encourage you to complete a report with Canada's Anti-Fraud Centre or call them at 1-888-495-8501.
